Well, it’s here … the big 4-0. Believe me, I have been fielding lots of questions about turning 40 this year and being an official “Master” runner now. In fact, people started asking me when I was about 38 if I was going to still be around at 40. Well, thankfully the answer to that question is a resounding yes. I’m still here, and still competing.
