THE governing body of athletics has suppressed a damning survey that reveals a third of the world’s top competitors admitted cheating by using banned performance- enhancing techniques.
The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) has blocked publication, and the study’s authors have been gagged for the past four years.
