COST: $10.00 unlimited entry for athletes, $2.00 spectators/coaches
(MUST BE HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE TO QUALIFY FOR INDOOR MEET)

Meet Day entry allowed up to one hour before events

1/4” NEEDLE or PYRAMID SPIKES OR LESS REQUIRED
ROLLING TIME SCHEDULE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ATHLETES IN EVENTS
Running events begin at 11:30 am  (FAT LYNX Timing) Boys, then Girls
4 x 800 meter relay

Field Events
10:00 am Weight Throw (combined) (west  ring)
11:00 am  Long Jump – North Pit – Boys open pit to 12:30 am [4 jumps]   
                                      South Pit – Girls open pit to 12:30 am [4 jumps]
11:15 am  Shot Put – Boys east ring  – [4 throws] follows weight throw
                                  Girls west ring -  [4 throws] follows weight throw
11:30 am High Jump – Girls – (Starting Height: 4’0”)
                                     Boys to follow Girls – (Starting Height:  5’0”)
11:00 am Pole Vault – Open Pit [Start at 7’ – 6” increments for combined Girls and Boys]
 1:00 pm Triple Jump – North Pit – Boys open pit to 2:30 pm  [4 jumps]   
                                      South Pit – Girls open pit to 2:30 pm  [4 jumps]
DIRECTIONS:   Westmont College off of Cold Spring Road in Montecito
101 North 1 .exit on Olive Mill and turn right 2.next stop sign, turn left on  
  Hot Springs 3. next stop sign, turn right on Sycamore Canyon 4.Next stop
  sign, go straight for 1 mile 5.next stop sign turn right on Cold Spring Road
  6.Go 600 meters and turn left on to campus.  Track at the bottom of the hill
101 South  a.left hand exit to Coast Village Road and left at the stoplight
  b.at the roundabout go straight up Hot Springs  c . next stop sign turn left  
  on Sycamore Canyon d. follow #4-6 above
PARKING: Parking is available across from the track or next to or across from the tennis courts. No permit required.    No on street parking.  Walk down the hill to the track.

  • All pre-registered coaches will receive presentation notes of each session they attend, with additional clinic notes available on the www.pausatf.org website after the clinic.
