RICHMOND'S RODNEY FRAZIER
It
is the seeming invincibility of youth which makes the sudden loss of a teammate
something tragic and unthinkable. But when a young man is not just lost but
taken violently from the world, the impact is profound. Instead of high hopes
and expectations, Richmond High School's basketball season opened with tragedy
when starting point guard and team captain Rodney Frazier Jr. was shot and
killed outside his home, the victim of a random drive-by shooting... Please take
