2013: Regular contribute to the Golden Bears’ lineup, leading all Cal runners in five of the six meets he competed in during the season … posted a pair of top-10 finishes, placing sixth in the season-opening USF Invitational with a time of 25:21.8 and 10th in the Sacramento State Hornet Jamboree with a time of 25:53 … season-best time of 24:24.3 in the Panorama Farms Invitational in Virginia to place 30th overall … posted a time of 24:34.6 in the Pre-Nationals meet in Terre Haute, Ind. … placed 28th in the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 25:58 … finished 41st in the NCAA Regionals in Sacramento, Calif. with a time of 30:43.
2012: Finished 18th at the Sac State Jamboree ... also took 131st at the Stanford Invitational.
2011: Posted best times of 8:37.77 in the 3000 meters and 14:54.21 in the 5000 in track.
2009: Redshirted.
High School: Earned first-team all-league honors four times and was a two-time first-team all-state choice ... won the league title in the 3200 meters ... owns a best of 8:57.41 in the 3200 ... helped Loyola HS to a pair of California state titles in 2007 and '08 ...
