Earned seven varsity letters at Amador Valley High School…three as a shooting guard in basketball for coach Ralph Fields…four as a sprinter in track for coach Peter Scarpelli…sophomore year ran lead leg of 4x400m relay that won the North Coast Section title and placed third at the CIF State championships (3:13.57)…junior year won 100m and 200m at NCS Meet of Champions…at CIF State meet, anchored fifth-place 4x400m relay and placed 9th in 100m and 10th in 200m with PR time of 21.56…won back-to-back 100m titles at Stanford Invitational…senior year repeated at NCS MOC 100m winner and runner-up in 200m.
