Stanford University’s Athletic Department is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Track and Field Coach. This is a twelve-month, full-time, full-benefit position that reports to the Director of Track and Field. He/she will be directly responsible for administering and or assisting with the administration of all areas related to the success of a Track and Field and Cross Country program within the Division I intercollegiate program and the policies established by the NCAA, PAC 12 Conference and Stanford University.
The candidate must have coaching experience or a competitive playing background at the college/university level. Excellent communication, organizational, teaching, interpersonal and supervisory skills are essential in the event areas of men and women sprints and hurdles. Bachelor's degree is required.
