Tokyo 1964 created lasting Olympic legacies

Keith Conning: My son Andrew Conning married Chisato Shukumo of Okayama, Japan in 1996 in Japan. Our whole family went to the wedding. We flew into Tokyo and then took the Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train to Osaka. We should build a high speed rail line in California from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
