WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – The UCLA cross country team had 23 student-athletes named to the 2013 Pac-12 Conference Cross Country All-Academic teams, the conference office announced Wednesday. To be eligible for selection a student-athlete must have a minimum of a 3.0 overall grade-point average.

On the women’s side, 10 Bruins were honored by the conference. Rachel Butler earned first-team accolades while Kelly Brooks and Merissa Kado were named to the second team.

The men were represented by 13 student-athletes. Sean Davis and Jacob Wood garnered first team honors while Blake Myers was named to the second team.
