The passing of Fred Jacobs

Sa- 7/14 - It is with sadness that I announce the passing of Fred Jacobs. Fred was a Life Member of the Trojan Force and a loyal supporter of the USC Track program. Fred created and administered the Link in the Chain program which allowed elementary-age sudents to attend USC home track meets at no charge.

A football & track athlete at Santa Rosa JC & University of Oregon, Fred was a recipient of the USC Heritage Award in 2010 for his 52 years of devotion to the USC Track program.
