Vaulters, Coaches, Parents,
What a great meet this weekend. The temperature was perfect and wind at our backs. The conditions must have been right because we saw no less than 9 PRs (6 new and 3 tied) and a fantastic 16’ jump by Austin Laut. Joint me in congratulating Gary Wuest 7’9” to 8’0”, Garrett Kenison 8’6” to 9’0”, Robby Krause 9’6 to 10’0”, Dana Bowers 10’0 to 10’6”, Max Bjorni 11’0” to 11’6”, Brandon Venethongkham 11’2” to 11’6” for setting new personal records and to Sabrina Baioni at 7’6”, Bruce Vongnangam at 10’0”, Doug Osland 12”0” for tying their PRs.
With all the 6 inch PRs this week I had to move to the next evaluation criteria to determine who won this meet’s PR medal. Therefore, this week’s PR medal goes to Robby Krause who cleared 10”0” for the first time and increased his PR by 5%. Congratulations Robby. You can pick up your medal at the next meet.
Between the two sections we had a total of 31 vaulters. First section has 21 vaulters and the second section had 10. See below for results. Great fun was had by all.
