Beloved coach and Twilight Throwers founder Chamberas passes at 71
CHELMSFORD, Massachusetts -- Jim Chamberas, the founder of Twilight Throwers and a beloved member of the USATF New England Association, passed away last Sunday at the age of 71.

Chamberas was a throws coach at Chelmsford High School, Westford Academy and Phillips Academy, as well as the Founder and President of Twilight Throwers. The club was a passion of his and he provided the opportunity for throwers of all ages and abilities to learn and love the sport.

Away from the throwing circle, Jim was owner and operator of Homtec Realty in Chelmsford. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, two children, Michael and Christina, two brothers, a granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.

Herculis Meeting showcases Team USA relays, Diamond League leaders
MONACO -- The stage is set for showdowns in the men’s 100 meters, women’s 100-meter hurdles, men’s shot put and much more at the Meeting Herculis on Friday, July 17. The 10th Diamond League meeting of 2015, the Herculis meeting is staged at Stade Louis II in Fontvieille, Monaco.

beIN SPORTS has the action from Meeting Herculis Monaco live Friday at 2 p.m. ET on broadcast television as well as their live streaming platform, beIN SPORTS Connect, and the beIN SPORTS app on Apple and Android. Check your local listings for more information.

Eight U.S. athletes rank atop the Diamond League standings heading into Herculis action, including Tianna Bartoletta (long jump), Allyson Felix (200m), Justin Gatlin (100m), Dawn Harper-Nelson (100mH), Bershawn Jackson (400mH), Francena McCorory (400m), David Oliver (110mH), Jasmin Stowers (100mH). Bartoletta, Felix, Gatlin, Harper-Nelson, Jackson, McCorory, Stowers will all be competing in Monaco.

In addition to the individual events, Team USA will competing in the men’s and women’s 4x100m relays as part of their preparation for the IAAF World Championships in Beijing next month.
