James, 48, is driving their new Ford Flex seven passenger van on the "Streets of San Francisco."
Meanwhile, my daughter-in-law Pae is taking a selfie.
James is a very lucky man!
We are so happy to have Pae in our family.
We also have another daughter-in-law from Japan--Chisato Shukumo. Our son Andy met her while teaching at Lakeland College in Tokyo. She is studying to be a Nurse Practitioner at Simmons College in Boston.
The Conning's of Plesanton are an international family!
Our children, who grew up in Berkeley, California, were exposed to people from all over the world.
Our daughter Sarah married an American--Jim Schaal of Berkeley. Jim grew up in Argentina, because his father Herb was a United Church of Christ minister.
