2009 Season (RS Sophomore): Placed 54th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a 10,000-meter time of 30:30.5 ... earned first team All-Pac-10 honors after placing sixth with a season-best 8,000-meter time of 23.12.71 at the conference meet ... helped Stanford to the Pre-National Invitational title after finishing 11th in the White Race with a time of 24:00.8 ... placed third at the Stanford Invitational to help the Cardinal to a sweep of the top five places.

All-Pac-10 first team for his seventh-place finish at the Pac-10 championships, where he ran a season-best time of 23:44.29.
