INDIANAPOLIS - USA Track & Field announced Tuesday that it will partner with Flotrack.org to provide livewebcasts of the 2010 USA Cross Country Championships. The championships will be held Saturday at the Plantes Ferry Recreation Park in Spokane, Wash. In addition to the national titles up for grabs, open and junior men and women will qualify to represent Team USA at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships March 28 in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

For the first time, Flotrack will provide USATF's official coverage of the championships with live, real-time coverage of the day's races.

"USA Track & Field is extremely pleased once again to webcast one of our national championship events, in partnership with Flotrack," said USA Track & Field CEO Doug Logan. "Our members and fans have made clear the value they find in these webcasts, and cross country is a particularly exciting discipline that translates well to the Internet. This weekend, cross country fans will see unprecedented coverage as we select the team that will represent us at the World Championships."
Live coverage will begin with the Masters Women's 8 km at 9:45 a.m. PST, followed by the Masters Men's 8 km at 10:45 a.m.; the Junior Women's 6 km will begin at 11:45 a.m.; the Junior Men's 8 km at 12:30 p.m.; the Open Women's 8 km at 1:15 p.m.; with the final race of the day, the Open Men's 12 km at 2:00 p.m.
