Kimmons added to Team USA roster in Doha

Trell Kimmons, who placed third in the men's 60 meters at the 2010 USA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Albuquerque, N.M., has been added to Team USA roster for the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics, USATF announced Wednesday.
Kimmons replaces Ivory Williams, who was disqualified from his win at the national championships after testing positive for marijuana metabolites in Albuquerque. The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency announced Williams' disqualification and sanction Wednesday afternoon.

The 24-year-old Kimmons attended Hinds Community College and has a 60m personal best of 6.53 seconds, run in 2006. He ran a season-best time of 6.56 in placing third at the USA Indoor Championships. Kimmons is joined in running the 60m at the World Indoor Championships by 2008 USA indoor champion Michael Rodgers.
