51. Emily Virtue, junior, Burroughs (California): She’s the top returner from the CIF Division 1 finals and a Foot Locker finalist.
56. Chloe Arriaga, sophomore, Walnut (California): She was seventh as a freshman at the CIF Division I state finals after winning Southern Section title.
