A no-contest for Jeter at worlds?

ON the eve of the IAAF World Athletic Championships, a question Jamaica has to answer if it's to maintain its stranglehold on sprinting at global meets is who is going to stop Carmelita Jeter (Bishop Montgomery High School, Torrance, CA 1998; Cal State University Dominiguez Hills 2003) in the women's 100 metres?
