What: IAAF / LOC Press Conference When: 1100 local time (same time GMT), Friday 25 March Where: Motorpoint Arena, Conference Suites 1 & 2 Who: Sebastian Coe - IAAF President Matt Newman - CEO of Run4Wales and the LOC Mo Farah (GBR) - World and Olympic champion, 5000m & 10,000m Geoffrey Kipsang Kamworor (KEN) - Defending champion and 2015 world cross country champion        Sara Hall (USA) - former Pan American champion, 3000m Steeplechase Paula Radcliffe (GBR) - Cardiff 2016 Ambassador and three-time IAAF World Half Marathon Championships gold medallist   ***** The IAAF / LOC Press Conference is open to all accredited persons. After brief introductions by the two officials and opening questions to all the guests by the MC, the media will have the opportunity to ask questions as usual.
