AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008: All-American in Heptathlon... Placed 11th in the High Jump at the NCAA Championship with a height of 1.65M... Heptathlon Champion at the CCAA Championship with 4791 total points, also placing fourth in the 100M Hurdles with a time of 15.11, and second in the High Jump with a height of 1.65M... Placed third in the 100M Hurdles at the All-Cal Challenge Cup... High Jump Champion at the All-Cal Challenge Cup.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Set a new UCSD record during first collegiate heptathlon competition with a score of 4610 and a 3rd place finish at the Point Loma Heptathlon, posting distance of 16’2.5” in the long jump, 89’4” in the javelin throw, and a time of 2:28.89 in the 800... tied for 6th in the high jump at the Cal/Nevada State Championships with a height of 5’3”... finished 4th in the 100 hurdles event at the UCSD Divisional Challenge... finished 11th in the heptathlon at the California/Heptathlon/Decathlon event with a 4,573 point total... captured the CCAA Championship in the high jump with a mark of 5’3.75”, while also finishing second in the heptathlon... recorded second-best mark in UCSD history in the high jump with a height of 5’7” during the season.


HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Dos Pueblos High School in Goleta, Calif... statistical bests of 5’6” in the high jump, 4400 points in the heptathlon, and 15.7 seconds in the 100m hurdles... helped team to 2003 Channel League Championship... member of the Santa Barbara Youth Track Club from 1998 through 2002... finished 16th at Junior Nationals in 2002.


PERSONAL: Born August 1, 1988... parents are Robert and Brigitta Rainwater... has two older sibling named Anne and Matthew... is a Visual Arts Media major in SixthCollege... enjoys arts and crafts in her spare time.
