Todd Grames runs regularly.
He runs with friends. He runs in races. Occasionally, out on a race course, folks will cheer. You know, the “You are almost there!” or “Lookin’ strong!” variety.

Keith Conning: Todd Grames, 53, is an official at the Lagoon Valley Classic in Vacaville. He reports the bib numbers of the top five runners at the top of "Big Mama" to me by radio, so that I can announce them. Todd used to work for the Vacaville Community Services Department.
