2011-12: (Indoor) Became Tulsa's first track national champion after he won the mile at the 2012 Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships with a final time of 4:01.66 . . . was named a USTFCCCA First Team All-American . . . won six of seven races entered, including Conference USA Championships in both the 800 (school and meet record time of 1:49.98) and the mile (4:07.81) . . . named to the all-C-USA First Team in both the 800 and the mile . . . posted a mark of 3:56.63 in a sixth-place effort in the mile at the 2012 Millrose Games . . . set the school record in the 1,000m run with a time of 2:20.99 to finish first at the Meyo Invitational . . . (Outdoor) Competed in six meets, including the NCAA Division I West Preliminaries where he ran the 1,500m in a time of 3:51.24 . . . won the C-USA Championship and was named to the all-C-USA First Team with a 1,500-meter time of 3:47.77 . . . ran his personal best in the 1,500m at the Arkansas Twilight with a time of 3:46.33 . . . won the same event at the John Jacobs Invitational . . . was part of the 4x1,600 relay team that broke the school record at the Drake Relays with a time of 16:53.40.
