Junior Edward Cheserek (St. Benedict’s Prep, Newark, New Jersey), the Foot Locker Northeast Regional champion in 15:20.5, won in 14:52.

Senior Futsum Zeinasellasie (North Central, Indianapolis, Indiana), who was born in Eritrea, second in the Foot Locker National last year, the Foot Locker Midwest Regional champion in 14:58, was second again in 14:53.

Senior Nathan Weitz (The Oaks Classical Christian Academy, Spokane, Washington), second in the West Regional in 15:30, was third in 15:21.

Junior Jake Leingang (Bismarck HS, North Dakota), second in the Foot Locker Midwest Regional in 15:09, was fourth in 15:22.

Senior Daniel Vertiz (Ronald Reagan HS, San Antonio, Texas), third in the Foot Locker South Regional in 14:40, was fifth in 15:23.

Junior Andrew Gardner (Mead HS, Spokane, Washington), fourth in the West Regional in 15:41, was sixth in 15:24.

Senior Dallin Farnsworth (Highland HS, Pocatello, Idaho), third in the West Regional in 15:41, was 11th in 15:29.

Senior Darren Fahy (La Costa Canyon, Carlsbad, California), the West Regional champion in 15:29, was 17th in 15:34.

Senior Luis Luna (Piner HS, Santa Rosa, California) was 13th in 16:01.

Senior Cameron Miller (Stockdale HS, Bakersfield, California), sixth in the West Regional in 15:43, was 31st in 16:02.

Senior Billy Gaudreau (St. Margaret's Episcopal School, Dana Point, California), 5th in the West Regional in 15:42, was 34th in 16:07.

Senior CJ Albertson (Buchanan HS, Clovis, California), 8th in the West Regional in 15:46, was 36th in 16:16. He led at the mile in 4:48.

Senior Kevin Durham (El Toro HS, Lake Forest, California), 10th in the West Regional, was 37th in 16:21.

Junior Miles Smith (St. John Bosco HS, Lakewood, California), 9th in the West Regional, was 38th in 16:22.

The South won with 44 points. The Midwest was second with 58. The Northeast was third with 63 (sixth runner 20th). The West was fourth with 63 (sixth runner 27th).
