Keith Conning: I grew up at 2210 Cecilia Avenue between Rivera and Santiago in San Francisco just two blocks away from Shannon's grandmother. We also had a view of the Pacific Ocean from my parent's bedroom.

I graduated from Lincoln High School in January 1959. Shannon's father Gary Rowbury graduated from Lincoln in 1973.

I loved running in Golden Gate Park.

I met the Rowbury's as a result of announcing high school track meets.
