Bill in the men's discus throw at San Francisco State University (SFSU) on July 23, 2016. Bill was so happy this summer as he started to crack the 100 foot mark with the 1 kilo discus. It was a pleasure to throw with Bill and soak up some of his excitement for the throws. RIP Bill.
