COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - (February 5, 2014) - One of the Running USA 2014 powered by ACT IVE Network conference highlights will again be the Hall of Champions Dinner & Auction presented by Competitor Group. The event is slated for Monday evening, February 10 at the Marriott Marquis & Marina in San Diego, California. "The lively auction adds to the evening's festivities and helps support our programs."

Team Running USA (two Olympic medals in 2004 and major marathon wins) and inspired others to be established. In February 2010,
Team USA Minnesota was selected as the inaugural award winner; in February 2011, Team USA Arizona, the second recipient of the award; in January 2012, Mammoth Track Club, the third recipient and last February ZAP Fitness received the annual grant.New this year at the Hall of Champions Dinner will be a "Runners Roast" featuring inaugural roast recipient
