Union Catholic NJ senior Sydney McLaughlin set the national high school record in the 300-meter hurdles, clocking 38.90 at the 50th Arcadia Invitational. McLaughlin broke the 2001 mark of 39.98 set by former Long Beach Wilson CA star Lashinda Demus.
