HOO Super Clinic

Hello Everyone,

I hope this note finds everyone well. We are quickly approaching the HOO Super Clinic and once again, Co-Director

Dave Shrock, myself and the Track Athlete's of El Dorado who benefit by your "Clinic Fees" want to Thank you for

being participating in this year's clinic. Registrations are coming in at a very good rate and I know we will have a good

group of coaches eager to see what you have to offer. 

With regards to tapping every resource we can to get as many Coaches to attend the Super Clinic we are once again asking each and every one of you to "reach out" to your Customer Base and encourage them to attend this year's clinic. What has been successful in the past has been to "advertise" to your customers a particular OFFER that can be received by the Coaches 

attending this year's clinic. One vendor is offering a product discount, another is offering a Free Gift to it's customer base

for attending the clinic. Another vendor is offering to Deliver Pre-ordered product (saving shipping costs) to the Clinic for

their customers.  I know some of your customer bases are extremely large, some vendors Geo Target Northern California, Northern Nevada. We are open to pretty much anything you want to do as Our Mutual Goal is to attract customers to the Clinic.

The next two weeks represent "The Magic Window" for your marketing/promotional efforts so let's all help Spread the Word.

Vendor Housekeeping Information

-We are asking each vendor to contribute something of value to our Giant Lunchtime Raffle

-Veteran's Vendors of the clinic know that to Interface with as many Coaches as possible the vending area is in the Open Air Pass Way between the Speaker's Rooms. Dress Warm. (you may go inside during "down times")

-We would like everyone Set Up and ready for business by 7:30. 7 am arrival is recommended.

-The Best Western Sandman on Jibbom by Old Sac is the Official Clinic Hotel. It is 8-10 mins from Sac City. Please ask for the

Clinic Rate. The hotel is right on the Sacramento River so let's hope it is not overflowing. (joke, but???)

-We have a Speakers Dinner at Nena's Mexican Restaurant right next to the hotel at 6:30 pm on Friday evening. It is a "no host" buffet. This is a chance to Socialize with our Excellent Line Up of speakers and the other Vendors.

-We will be providing Hot Coffee, Cocoa and Tea at the Clinic & will buy you Chipotle for Lunch so you can stay in your booth.
