Schedule of Events HANOVER, N.H. - Five members of the Dartmouth women's track & field team will be heading to Jacksonville for next weekend's NCAA East Regional.

The performance list featuring qualifiers for the regional meet held at the University of North Florida was released Thursday afternoon and confirmed that five members of the Big Green will be heading south for a shot at moving on to the NCAA Championship meet in Iowa in early June.

Leading the way is sophomore Abbey D'Agostino (Topsfield, Mass.), whose 15:23.35 ranks as the top time among those individuals competing in the East Regional and is the second-fastest time in the nation this season.

Senior Alexi Pappas (Alameda, Calif.) is also one of the top runners in the country in her respective event that has earned her a trip to UNF. Pappas will represent Dartmouth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with the third-best qualifying time in the East, running a program-record 9:58.07.

In a field of just 48 competitors in the 1,500 meters, two will be wearing the Green and White of Dartmouth as both senior Christina Supino (Windham, N.H.) and sophomore Arianna Vailas (Manchester, N.H.) qualified. Supino's 4:23.18 and Vailas' 4:24.13 were both good enough to earn them spots in the preliminaries of next weekend's race.

Freshman Cathy Liebowitz (Plainfield, N.H.) is the youngest member of the team to qualify, and the only non-runner to punch her ticket to Jacksonville for the Big Green. Liebowitz will compete in the hammer throw as her top mark of 55.73m earned her one of the 48 spots.

Other than Liebowitz, the four others all qualified for the East Regional a year ago. Supino is the only one not competing in the same event as she did in 2011, running the 800 meters last spring at Indiana.

The three-day meet, held at UNF's Hodges Stadium, will begin on Thursday, May 24 and conclude Saturday, May 26.

The preliminaries of the 1,500 meters will be the first event for the Big Green as it gets underway Thursday at 6 p.m. for the women. The quarterfinals of the steeplechase are set for Friday at 9:30 p.m., while D'Agostino in the 5K will be Saturday night at 8:45 p.m. Liebowitz will get her chance in the hammer on Saturday afternoon, starting at 2 p.m.
