Junior Luis Luna (Piner, Santa Rosa, North Coast Section), the varsity division winner last year in 15:12, won the boys championship division in 15:03.86 (pace 5:06 per mile). Senior Andy Bennison (Central Catholic, Portland, Oregon) placed second in 15:31.47 (5:15). Senior Wasil Ahmed (Central Catholic) was third in 15:38.03 (5:17).
Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CCS) won the boys championship division with 40 points. Central Cathlic placed second with 50. Piner was third with 63.
Junior Holland Reynolds (San Francisco University, NCS) won the girls varsity race in 18:32.68 (6:17). Sophomore Annie Marggraff (Acalanes, Lafayette, NCS) placed second in 18:33.58 (6:17). Junior Morgan Healy (St. Francis, Mountain View, CCS) was thrid in 18:37.40.
Acalanes won the girls varsity with 51 points. St. Francis placed second with 95. Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, NCS) was third with 123.
