For the first time ever, TrackTown Tuesday will be LIVE STREAMED on the TrackTown website courtesy of TrackTown Productions. WHO: Hosted by TrackTown USA President and 2016 U.S. Olympic men’s head track and field coach Vin Lananna; Two-time Olympic decathlon gold medalist and world record-holder Ashton Eaton; Olympic heptathlon bronze medalist and Canadian record-holder Brianne Theisen-Eaton; University of Oregon sprinters and 2016 Olympians Ariana Washington and Deajah Stevens; and master of ceremonies Sasha Spencer Atwood. WHAT: TrackTown Tuesday, a free town hall meeting held on the first Tuesday of each month during track and field season. Appetizers and beverages available for purchase. Free parking in adjacent Overpark. WHEN: Tuesday, February 6. Doors open at 6 p.m. for a social hour; one-hour show begins at 7 p.m. WHERE: Third-floor ballroom at the Downtown Athletic Club, 999 Willamette St. in Eugene, Oregon. WHY: To connect local track and field and cross country athletes and those sports with the Citizens of TrackTown USA.
