Arizona State Career Earned her first All-America honor on the cross country course in 2003, becoming just the fourth Sun Devil woman to do so...holds the school record in the indoor 5,000m run (16:06.91)... 2004 Outdoor: Captured her first conference crown by winning the 3,000m steeplechase at the Pac-10 meet before placing eighth at the regional meet and 18th at nationals...also won the Double Dual...ran the third-fastest time in school and conference history at the Oregon Invitational...finished second at the Sun Angel Classic in her only 1,500m run of the season...her 1,500m time of 4:21.73 ranks fourth-best in school history while her 16:02.53 in the 5,000m run is the fourth-best at ASU...also scored at the Pac-10 meet in the 5,000m run, finishing fourth overall...selected as the Pac-10 Track Athlete of the Week (April 26) after the Oregon Invitational race... 2004 Indoor: Set the school record in the 5,000m run at the Pac-10 Invitational...earned All-America honors in the 5,000m run, placing 11th overall in the race but eighth among American athletes in the race...won the 800m run at the Double Dual in her race at that distance...2003 XC: Finished 25th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships to earn her first All-America honor...was the top team finisher in all six races she ran...won the Dave Murray and ASU Invites...her two race wins ties her for second on the single season wins list and third in career wins at ASU...became only the third woman to win multiple races in one season...took third at the Roy Griak and was fourth at the Pac-10 Championships...finished as the runner-up at the regional meet...member of the All-Pac-10 First and All-West Region First teams...also garnered Academic All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention honors... 2003 Track: Redshirted...set the USA Junior Championships meet record in the 5,000m run to win the event and qualify for the Pan Am Games in Barbados (did not compete)... 2002 XC: Was an immediate contributor to the success of the team...was top finisher for the squad at the NCAA Championships with a 69th place finish...also finished second on the team in five races...best finish was fifth at the adidas Invitational...top time was a 21:11.0 at the conference meet...second best was at nationals...placed 10th in her first Pac-10 Championship race to help the team to second place...named to the All-Pac-10 second team...finished the NCAA West Region race in 10th-place to earn all-region honors.

High School: Claimed three Kansas state titles on her way to two school records...won the state cross country meet in 2001 and the 3000m race in 2000 and '01...records include a 10:43 in the 3200m and a 5:06 time in the 1600...named to the Nike Honorable Mention team in 2001 and was invited to the run in the Golden West Invitational...captained the cross country team (2000-01) and the track team (2001).
