2015-16 (Track): Returned to action after being out since 2014, and reestablished herself as one of the top talents in the NCAA, as she ran big PRs late in the season to reach her first NCAA Outdoor Championship final at 1,500-meters and earn her first All-America honors ... after getting the 12th and final spot to NCAA Outdoors, she cut nearly five seconds off her PR in the 1,500-meter semifinals, clocking a 4:13.93 to reach the final, and moving to No. 6 on the Husky top-10 list … in the finals, ran 4:16.19, the second-fastest time of her career, to finish 10th overall to earn Second Team All-America … ran at the British Championships after NCAAs, and made the 1,500-meter final, running 4:19.30 in the semis then taking 12th in the final in 4:25.20 … made her first NCAA Outdoor final site by getting the 12th and final qualifying spot at West Prelims with a then-PR of 4:18.67 ... made her first Pac-12 track final and finished fifth in the 1,500m with a time of 4:19.37, after posting a 4:19.10 in the prelims ... took the win at the UW-WSU Dual at 1,500-meters, running 4:23.37 ... fifth in a loaded field at the Pepsi Team Invite, running 4:20.90 for 1,500-meters ... lowered her 1,500m PR in her first run at the distance in two years, going 4:19.29 at the Stanford Invitational ... indoors, posted a new career-best mile time of 4:43.84 at the Husky Classic ... helped the DMR finish fifth at the MPSF Championships ... earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team ... did not compete during cross country season.

2013-14 (Track): Ran a full indoor season before redshirting the outdoor season, competing unattached … indoors, was part of the MPSF Championships-winning distance medley relay, running the 800m leg as the team went 11:13.99 to win, the No. 5 time in school history … ran a top mile time of 4:44.04 in the Husky Classic … first collegiate mile at the UW Invitational went 4:46.36 … outdoors, ran a 1,500-meters unattached at the Ken Shannon Invitational in 4:31.52 … ran the steeplechase at the Portland Track Festival, taking 13th against an elite field in 10:16.18 ... (Cross Country): Very impressive freshman season as she ran in UW’s top-five at all three postseason races and led the Huskies on once occasion … first college race was at the Bill Dellinger Invite, where she finished third overall and first on the team in 16:48 for 5k, leading the Huskies to the team title … was the fourth UW finisher at the NCAA Championships, placing 121st overall as the Huskies placed 17th … was 27th overall at her first Pac-12 Championships, fourth on the team … fourth on the team again at West Regionals, finishing 43rd overall in 20:38 … was the third Husky across the line at the Wisconsin Invitational, finishing 50th in the huge field in 20:39.
High School and Personal: Born in Stockport, England and has British citizenship … parents are Elizabeth and Richard Neale … has one older brother, Alexander, who graduated from UW in 2012 … one of the greatest high school careers in Washington history, and one of the nation’s top recruits … the Gatorade Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year for Washington in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and Gatorade Girls Cross Country Athlete of the Year for Washington in 2009, 2010, and 2012 ... has extensive international experience, having competed for her native Great Britain at several major meets … most recently on the international stage, took fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase finals at the 2013 European Junior Championships in Italy, running a PR of 10:13.74 in the prelims that was the fastest time by an American prep … also ran at the 2013 World Cross Country Junior Championships for the U.K. finishing 21st overall to help Britain win bronze … ran the 2k steeplechase at the World Youth Championships in 2011 in Lille, France, placing 11th in 6:37.27 … she captured the Washington 3A cross country individual state title as a freshman in 2009, sophomore in 2010, and senior in 2012, and took second to fellow Husky recruit Katie Knight in 2011 ... led Glacier Peak to the team title in 2010 and 2012 ... her final state cross country title in 2012 came by a dominant 41-seconds and broke her own course record, as she ran the 5,000m course in 17:03 ... also won the 2012 Stanford Invitational top section, the 2012 Border Clash race against Oregon, and then won the 2012 Nike Cross Nationals Northwest Region title ... was rated the No. 5 runner in the country in 2012 by Running Times ... also won Border Clash as a freshman in 2009, and was third in 2010 and second in 2011 ... NXN Northwest Region champ in 2011 and second in 2010 ... a top-10 finisher at the Nike Cross National Championships from 2010-12, placing eighth in 2012, fifth in 2011, and third in 2010 ... added two more Washington 3A state track titles her senior year in 2013, bringing her total state title count to 10 including cross country … in her last state track meet, she broke the meet records in the 800-meters with a time of 2:08.61, and in the 1,600-meters with a time of 4:44.88 … seventh in the 2012 Jim Ryun Dream Mile, an elite invitational event held at the adidas Grand Prix Diamond League meet in New York, running 4:43.82, and was fifth in the Dream Mile in 2011 in a time of 4:43.67 in a field that included current Huskies Eleanor Fulton and Maddie Meyers ... at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials, participated in the Nike Elite mile, an exhibition race at Hayward Field, where she placed second in 4:56.18 ... her freshman and sophomore track seasons she swept the 1,600m and 3,200m state titles ... set her 3,200m best and state meet record in 2011, running 10:12.33, one of the fastest times in the nation ... an injury limited her to running just one event at the 2012 state meet, but she still won her first 800-meter title in 2:10.32, a meet record she would later break ... led wire to wire to win the 2013 Brooks PR Invite mile run in UW’s Dempsey Indoor, going 4:45.89 after finishing second at the same event 2012 and 2011 ... as a sophomore, ran two events at 2011 New Balance Outdoor Nationals in North Carolina, placing second in the 2,000m steeplechase in 6:42.48 to set a sophomore-class record, and was ninth in the mile in 4:51.08 ...
