2012-13: (Indoor): Bailey burst on to the scene as WKU's top sprinter in 2013, breaking WKU's 36-year old 400-meter dash record with a Sun Belt Conference Championship winning time of 46.70 seconds. He also finished fifth in the 200-meter dash with a 21.81 second clocking...Owned WKU's top marks in the 200-meter dash (21.70) and 400-meter dash (46.70) and ranked second in the 100-meter dash (6.97). (Outdoor): Continued his sprinting dominance during the outdoor season, breaking WKU's outdoor 400-meter record during the Sun Belt Conference Championship preliminary round with a time of 46.17 seconds. Bailey would go on to place second in the 400-meter dash finals...He anchored WKU's 4X400-meter relay that won the Sun Belt Conference Championship with a championship record time of 3:06.32. Bailey also anchored WKU's 4X100-meter relay that earned top honors at the SBC Outdoor Championships...The 4X400-meter relay went on to advance to the NCAA Championships, where Bailey and Co. finished 17th... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Championships in both the 400-meter dash and 4X400-meter relay...Bailey nabbed his first-career Sun Belt Conference Male Track Athlete of the Week honors on April 18 after winning the 400-meter dash in 46.66 seconds at the Hilltopper Relays.

High School: Starred both on the track and the football field, compiling over 1,200 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns as a running back on the gridiron.

Arkansas Baptist College: earned All-America honors in the 1,600 relay and the 200-meters in 2012. An 2011 All-American in the 400 relay, the 1,600 relay and the 200-meters. Qualified for the Junior College National Championships seven times in two season - making it in the 400 relay in 2011, and the 1,600 relay, 100 and 200 in 2011 and 2012. School record holder in the 100 and 200-meters.

Elvyonn Bailey, turned Pro in July 2015. After winning severing indoor Track Meets he qualified for the Indoor Champions in Oregon. After winning the Bronze in the 400m he is now a member to the USA team. He is honored to represent his country as a part of the team.

We are so proud of this young man for the great accomplishments he have achieved in his college and Pro Track Career. Elvyonn Bailey is the true epitome of a Champion with the heart of a lion! He goes hard of the Football field and has dominated in his Track career. Congrats young Mr. Bailey, the best is yet to come. GOD'S Speed and Blessings as you continue your career!
