2009 (Cross Country): Competed just once during the fall, running at the Emerald City Open at Woodland Park where she finished eighth overall.

2008-09: Ran successive 800-meter personal bests in her final two track meets of the year ... first ran 2:12.85 to win the 800m at the Ken Shannon Invite ... followed that with an 11th-place finish in the prelim round at the Pac-10 Championships, finishing in 2:12.51 ... fourth in the 800m at the UW-WSU dual in 2:14.61 ... indoors, ran a season-best 2:13.20 at the Husky Classic ... took 12th at the MPSF Championships once again in the 800-meters in 2:14.63 ... did not compete in cross country.

2007-08: Made season debut outdoors on the track at the WSU dual meet, where she placed 5th in the 400m in 1:02.56, and was part of UW's second-place 4x400m relay ... also won her heat and was 10th overall in the 800m at the Ken Shannon Invite, running 2:17.59 ... did not compete during cross country campaign.

2006-07: Ran three different events in four indoor track appearances, competing in the mile, 800m and DMR ... cut nearly 15 seconds off season-best mile time in less than a month, going from 5:15.20 at the UW Indoor Preview to 5:00.90 at the Husky Classic ... did not compete during outdoor season ... competed three times during the fall cross country season ... was the team's No. 2 finisher, in 46th overall, at Willamette, and was UW's No. 3 finisher, in 17th overall, at the Mike Hodges Invite ... also ran at Sundodger, placing 84th overall.

High School and Personal: Parents are Cheryl and Tom Kirschman ... ran 10th at the California state cross country championships her junior year ... won the 2003 Stanford Cross Country Invitational as a sophomore ... was fourth at the state track championships in the 1600m as a senior, and fifth in the 800m her junior year ... was also fifth in the 800m at the 2004 Golden West Games ... ran 18th at the Footlocker West Regional Cross Country meet as a junior ... earned all-state track honors her freshman and sophomore years, and was an all-state cross country performer as a senior ... was a seven-time All-CIF Northern Section honors ... also lettered one year in basketball ... earned several school and regional academic and sportsmanship honors ... graduated with a 3.80 prep GPA ... is considering a biology major, with an interest in environmental biology.
