Keep your eye on Garrett Reynolds (Ventura HS)

Herb Potter, the coach of Eric Reynolds (Camarillo HS 1983), writes:

"Keep your eye on Garrett Reynolds. He is the son of the kid I coached back in the early '80's. Remember Eric was State and National Champion. He married Nancy Brown, the National Champion from Canada and now their son is running. Best 3200 last season was 9:19.99 as a sophomore. I believe he will improve and should see him in the very low 9's or under next track season."

Jul 9, 1994 ... He points out that there (UCLA) he met his wife, the former Nancy Brown. In track, he lowered his personal best to 8:52.92 in the 3,200 to finish second in the State championships behind Harold Kuphaldt (8:51.99)
of Fair Oaks Bella Vista.
