2001: Finished 10th (10:28.58) at nationals in 3,000... Captured 3rd (17:19.88) at CCAA meet in 5,000... Posted 3,000 PR of 9:58.37 at Woody Wilson Invitational... Narrowly missed 1,500 qualifying standards with season-best 4:44.00 in 1,500 at Brutus Hamilton Invite.
2000: Placed 4th at CCAA meet in 3,000 (10:16.06)... Season-best 3K was 10:12.22 at Stanford... Also appeared in middle distances, posting season-bests in 800 (2:25.30) and 1,500 (4:46.85) at home meet... Qualified for Cal/Nevada State Championships in 3K, finishing 19th (10:21.54).
CROSS COUNTRY: Three-time All-CCAA honoree, finishing 4th in 2002, 8th in 2000, 12th in 1999 at conference meet... Earned All-West Region in 1999 (8th) and 2002 (6th)... Placed among top 20 at conference and regionals last fall... Placed 52nd at nationals as a senior, 48th as a sophomore, 51st as a freshman.
LOWELL HS �99: Four-year standout in cross country and track... Set school records in 4x800, 4x1600 and distance medley... City champion in 3,200... Twice won city championships in cross country... Both teams won city championships every year.
PERSONAL: Born Apr. 3, 1981 in Thailand... Dean�s List student in psychology... Hopes to become a clinical psychologist... Craziest ambition is to run a marathon in every state.
