Parker Deuel of SRV belong on the list for 800 / 1600 and 3200. His 2011 salon got a late start and was cut short by injury. I think we went about 1:57 / 4:17 / 9:21 as a soph. on 2010. DeVries / Holmgren and WIlke of SRV could all also contend i the middle distances (SRV is really deep this year).
Watch out for Abraham Espinoza from James Logan. He ran a 4:29 at Cal Qualifiers for the State Indoor.
Watch out for Karris Johnson from Cal High, he's got 2 more years left. He's going to kill it this year in the 100m and long jump
Update on SRV. In Saturdays season opening time trial duel went 1:55h, holmgren 1:56h, hardy 1:58h and Devries 1:59l. Looks like a fast ebal season ahead for coach hunters middle distance squad

Duel went 3:07 in the 1200 yesterday and the SRV distance guys, sans Holmgren, went 3:30 in the 4x400 beating the sr sprinters.
sam parella listed in the shot and discus was a senior last year...so, why are you posting him?
DeSoto from Rancho Cotati high jumped 6'4 at the SRHS big cat meet on March 3rd.
