Birdsong & McLain In 10k And 5k At Mt. SAC Relays

(Colorado Springs, CO) Brandon Birdsong and Mack McLain, both representing adidas/Boulder Running Company, are competing at this week's Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, CA. Birdsong will be racing in the Invitational 10,000-meters on Thursday night, while McLain will race the open 5,000-meters on Friday night.

Both are former NCAA DII All-Americans, with McLain being a national champion at the Mile and 1500-meters.

Sharkies Prediction Contest Winner Announced; Contest Opens For McLain's 5k At Mt. SAC

(Colorado Springs, CO) - Cody Hill of Colorado Springs had the closest guess for last week's ADP Sharkies Prediction Contest and wins a box of Sharkies organic sports chews. His guess was the closest to Daniel Tapia's 2:14:30 at the Boston Marathon.

This week, fans can try to predict Mack McLain's finish time in the 5,000-meters at Friday's Mt. SAC Relays. McLain has a best of 14:08.53 from 2012.
