2010 World Junior Champs, Moncton, NB – Canada
Women’s steeple Round 1 at 0900 Tuesday, July 20. Final at
2030 Thurs, July 22. Medal Ceremony at 2130 Thurs, July 22.
IAAF shows 11:00(11 minutes flat) in as the qualifying time for
women’s 3000m steeple in this meet. The qualifying window is
from 1 January 2009 to 5 July 2010.
To compete in this meet athletes must be, as of 31 Dec 2010, at
least age 16 but no older than age 19. “Juniors” are defined as age
18 or 19, but World Champs meet accepts “Youth” ages 16-17.
Each nation can enter three athletes per event providing those
athletes have met the entry standard – but only two will be allowed
to compete.
Moncton is a city in the eastern Canada province of New
Brunswick.
