Track and Field Coaching Information and Educational Website By Sean Bernstein

To Keith Conning:

Over the past few years, I have been researching, designing, and implementing www.SeanBernstein.com a website for the education of track and field coaches—high school and novice coaches in particular.

This website is specific to the sprint events, but has components such as warmup procedures, injury prevention, energy systems, testing, and training theory which are applicable to nearly every facet of track and field.

This website is expansive and interactive in nature—continually being expanded and built upon. Moving forward, the coming months will see the addition of hurdle and relay sections, as well as sections dedicated solely to nutrition and dietary concerns.

This website is designed for both new and veteran coaches. Through ease of access and the inclusion of outside resources, this website is dedicated towards helping to provide the tools necessary for the education and success of new coaches and the continued advancement of experienced coaches.

Feel free to navigate and explore this website at your convenience. With an ultimate goal of reaching and helping as many current and prospective track and field coaches as possible, I would greatly appreciate any assistance you may be able to offer—especially in the form of a direct mention or a link from your blog.

Thank you for your time and I hope to hear back from you!
