COACH'S CORNER
"I commend everyone that competed or had a hand in this weekend's meet, which presented some of the most challenging weather conditions in my 30 years at Cal," Director of Track Tony Sandoval said.
"Nevertheless, we had some athletes rise above the conditions to record some outstanding marks and wins. We may face similar conditions from Pac-12s to NCAAs so the team displayed necessary mental toughness out there.to compete at the highest levels."

Cal concludes its indoor season with the NCAA Championships from March 11-12 in Birmingham, Ala.
