Heading the elite boys field will be Arcadia High School senior, Phillip Rocha, who is undefeated this year and just last weekend won the California State Division 1 championship, tying the state record along the way.
Not only has Rocha won every major invitational in California this year but he also has done so in spectacular fashion destroying all competitors along the way. He virtually has been unchallenged by another high school runner in 2015.
