Small School Varsity Boys

Junior Brent Kaneyuki (Center, Sacramento), 24th last year in 18:19, won in 16:27.  He was the third sophomore last year.

Junior Tomas Huerta (Weston Ranch, Stockton) placed second in 17:00.

Junior Jake Lange (Nueva School, San Mateo) was third in 17:07.

Christian Brothers (Sacramento), second last year with 108 points, won the team title with 41 points.  Sophomore Patrick Wiseman, whose father Stu Wiseman ran for El Cerrito High School and Cal, was the fastest sophomore in ninth place (17:30).  Stu is an assistant coach.

Piner (Santa Rosa), first last year with 77 points,  placed second with 61 points.

Sierra (Manteca), fifth last year with 173 points, was third with 96 points.
