Construction of $1 million track crosses finish line at West Valley HS in Cottonwoood

COTTONWOOD, Calif. -
The construction process has been a marathon, not a sprint. West Valley High School Athletic Director Scott Fairley knows that well, as he walked the newly completed stadium track Tuesday.
