Update coming soon...

As a senior at Campolindo High in Moraga, Joey Kochlacs blossomed into a standout distance athlete. He clocked a 15:50 at the cross country State Meet race, and eventually won the NCS 3,200m title with a nice 9:21 PR run. Once in Chico a freshman year spent redshirting produced mixed results in both cross country and track. Joey finished 19th overall at the San Francisco Invite and several weeks later enjoyed a competitive 32:40’s 10k run in the Almond Bowl footrace in Chico. Several setbacks that included a fall during a snowy run outside of Chico in the spring, cost Kochlacs valuable training and created a rough spring of racing. Now healthy and preparing for his debut in a uniform it will be exciting to see what this young student of the sport can do in the coming years.
