2005-06: Cross – Redshirted for the Broncos...Indoor – Finished 16th at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 5,000m...won the WAC Indoor Championship in the 5,000m with a time of 14:33.47...also finished second at the conference championships in the mile run (4:12.92)...set the school record in the 3,000m with a time of 7:58.08 at the Washington Invitational...set another school record with a 5,000m time of 13:47.73...finished first at the Hampton Inn Invitational in the 3,000m (8:17.97)...had an 800m time of 1:55.40 at the United Heritage meet...top mile time was 4:07.1 in a first place effort at the United Heritage meet...mile mark was the third-best effort in school history...Outdoor – Finished second at the WAC Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m with a time of 14:44.88.



2004-05: Cross - Earned All-American status by finishing 24th at the NCAA Championships...his time in the 10,000m race was 31:31.7, less than a minute behind the national champion...only the fourth time a Bronco has earned cross country All-America honors...was the highest WAC finisher and had the fourth-best time of individuals from the west region...finished fifth at the West Regional...finished third at the conference championships with an 8,000m time of 24:58.60...captured the title at the Bob Firman Invitational....Indoor – Captured his third career individual title at the conference championships, posting a 5,000m of 14:12.23, the second-fastest mark in school history...that mark, and his 3,000m time of 7:59.22, were each NCAA provisional qualifying marks...had the team’s top time in the mile run (4:09.99)...mile time of 4:10.18 at the conference championships was good for second place...finished with 18 points for the Broncos at the league meet...Outdoor – Redshirted the Broncos’ outdoor season.



2003-04: Cross - Made first career trip to the NCAA Championships...finished 124th out of 254 with a time of 31:03.1 on the 10,000m course...qualified for NCAAs after finishing 13th at the West Regional Championships...finished the 10,000m course in 30:09...led the Broncos to a 12th place team finish at the event...named to the All-WAC first team after finishing third at the conference championships with an 8,000m time of 24:48...posted three first place finishes during the regular season (Northwest Nazarene Invitational, Whitman Invitational and Bob Firman Invitational)...Indoor – Earned All-America status and finished ninth at the NCAA National Indoor Championships with a 3,000m time of 8:06.83...named the men’s Outstanding Performer at the WAC Indoor Championships...earned the honor by winning the mile run (4:07.86), finishing second in the 5,000m (14:38.94) and finishing third in the 3,000m (8:40.30) for a total of 24 points...top 3,000m time during the indoor season was 7:58.85, shattering the previous school record of 8:11.14, which was run earlier in the 2004 season...Outdoor – Picked up his second individual conference title of the season...won the WAC outdoor championship in the 10,000m...best 10,000m time was 29:17.32, the second-fastest in school history...qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m with a time of 13:45.44...mark was the sixth-best collegiate time of the season and broke the school record in the event...was unable to compete at nationals due to a shin injury...also posted an NCAA Regional qualifying time in the 1,500m with a time of 3:47.87.



2002-03: Cross - Won his first career event as a Bronco at the Northwest Nazarene Invitational...finished the 6,000m course in 19:08...finished 25th at the Sundodger Invitational, his second event as a Bronco...was the team’s top finisher with an 8,000m time of 24:47...posted two more top 10 finishes...finished fourth at the Bob Firman Invitational and 10th at the Washington State Invitational...placed 17th at his first-ever WAC Championships with an 8,000m time of 26:08...capped his freshman season with an appearance at the West Regional Championships...finished 69th with a 10,000m time of 32:40...Indoor – Had the Broncos’ top marks in the 800m (1:56.58), the mile run (4:15.14) and the 3,000m (8:29.37)...finished ninth in the 3,000m at the WAC Championships with a season-best mark of 8:29.37...Outdoor – Had the Broncos’ top time in the 1,500m (3:55.10)...finished fifth at the conference championships in the 1,500m with a time of 3:56.58...also finished 11th at the conference championships in the 5,00m.



High School: Captured seven individual State championships in three different events...won the cross country State championship both his junior and senior seasons...won two State titles in the 3,200m...won the 1,600m State championship his sophomore, junior and senior seasons...holds the State 3A record in the 1,600m with a time of 4:18...also holds the record in the 3,200m (9:15)...high school coaches were Harry O’Dell and Travis Hinthorn.
