Sophomore Year (2015-16): Indoor: Placed 2nd with a time of 3:56.87 in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational (1/29-30). Freshman Year (2014-15): ACC Runner of the Week (4/21) ... Broke the school record in the 1500-meters during a first-place finish in the Virginia Challenge during his Syracuse track debut. He qualified for NCAA regionals and posted the second-fastest time nationally in the process (4/19) ... Placed 1st in the 1500 Meter at the ACC Championship with a time of 3:47.85 (5/14)... Finished second in the 5000-meter with a 13:53.48 earning a berth for the NCAA Championships (5/30)... Earned First Team All-American at the 2015 NCAA Championships, taking 6th in the 5,000 meter with a time of 13:50.96.(6/12) Prior to SU: Pan-Am Games Cross Country Champion ... Canadian Junior record holder in the mile (3:59.57) ... Didn't begin running cross country until he was a sophomore in high school.
